Worship Bags
What helps you listen and learn in worship?
Worship is a multi-sensory experience, especially for young people. Set them up for success by building a worship bag. More than a busy bag, fill this bag with items that your young person chooses to help them to listen and learn through worship.

Age suggestions:
Pre-School - soft toys and dolls, threading cards, crayons
Early Elementary - bible, paper, soft beads, soft dolls
Older Elementary - bible, journal, labrynth, coloring pages
Middle School - bible, journal, pencils, play dough
Young Youth - bible, journal, pencils, clay, wipes
Older Youth - bible, journal, favorite art supplies
Adults/Parents - bible, journal, colored pencils, yarn/clay
Change with the Church Seasons
Help your young person change their bag with the changing seasons of the church! Perhaps as they move into lent, it would be great for a more reflective activity, such as finger knitting or using a labyrinth. Change colors of supplies - play dough or tracing cards to match the season!
